随着我国农业产业结构的深化调整和转型升级，以高效化、环保化和多功能为标志的现代农业项目蓬勃发展。特别是近几年来，国内农业观光温室项目的开发逐渐趋热，并涌现出很多精品项目。 农业观光温室项目是观光农业和设施园艺业发展的结合体，它是集农业观光、农业作物、农业技术、园林景观以及文化等于一体的新型农业景观形态。文章运用了实证调研、比较研究、案例分析研究等方法，分析了当前农业观光温室项目建设中存在的问题，提出了农业观光温室项目景观策划的方法和内容并对其规划设计进行了研究，为今后农业观光温室项目的策划与设计提供理论参考。 文章首先简单介绍了国内外观光农业发展概况以及国内外温室农业研究综述，指出本文的研究的理论依据。 接着对基于旅游开发的农业观光温室项目策划进行研究，包括农业观光温室项目的策划、农业观光温室项目景区的策划、农业观光温室项目景点的策划三个方面进行阐述。 然后对当前我国农业观光温室典型案例进行实证调研、分析比较、总结优缺点。在充分运用相关理论的基础上，从基础设施设计、科学技术设计、人文艺术设计、植物设计、体验性项目设计、游览路线设计、解说系统设计、游览时间规划、客容量规划等方面叙述了农业观光温室项目的总体规划设计，以及农业观光温室项目的评估、营销与管理提出了自己的见解。 之后，以无锡“吴地新田园”农业观光温室项目为案例，分别从其项目策划和景观规划设计等方面进行分析。 最后，对我国农业观光温室项目景观策划与规划进行总结并提出了自己对相关项目的思考。

Along with the deepening structure adjustment and promoting transformation of domestic agriculture industrial, the modern agricultural projects, which are high-efficient, environmental-friendly and multi-functional, are developing vigorously. Especially in the recent years, the exploitation of the domestic agricultural sightseeing greenhouse projects is going up and many high-quality projects have emerged. The agricultural sightseeing greenhouse project, combining the development of the sightseeing agriculture and the protected horticulture, is a new agricultural landscape form as a combination of agricultural sightseeing, crops, agricultural technology, landscape and culture. The thesis analyzes the problems existed in current agricultural sightseeing greenhouse projects by using the investigation, the comparison, case analytical study and so on. The method and content for scheme, plan and design of agricultural sightseeing greenhouse project are put forward to provide the theoretical reference for the scheme, plan and design of the agricultural sightseeing greenhouse project in future. Firstly, the thesis briefly introduces the development of domestic and foreign sightseeing agriculture as well as the researches of greenhouse agriculture, pointing out theoretical basis of this study. Then it studies the scheme of agricultural sightseeing greenhouse project’s based on the tourism exploitation, including the schemes of the agricultural sightseeing greenhouse project, its scenic area and scenic spot. Moreover, the typical domestic agricultural sightseeing greenhouse cases are studied by investigation, analysis comparison and summary about superiority and weakness. Based on the relative theories, the overall plan and design of agriculture sightseeing greenhouse project are described, including the infrastructure design, scientific and technological design, humanities art layout, plant design, experience item design, tourism route design, tourism interpretation design, tourism time plan, guest capacity planning. And the author’s own opinions about the appraisal, marketing and management of agricultural sightseeing greenhouse project are also proposed. Afterward, it analyzes the case of Wuxi “Wu Di Xin Tian Yuan” agricultural sightseeing greenhouse project from the project scheme and landscape plan and design. Finally, it summarizes the scheme, plan and design of agricultural sightseeing greenhouse as well as puts forward the author’s considerations on relevant projects.
