农业科技推广是农业科技成果转化为现实生产力的桥梁和纽带，是农业现代化的重要内容。农业科技推广体系是农业科技推广工作的基础和组织保证。社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善和现代农业建设的不断发展，对农业科技推广体系提出了新要求。客观分析目前安徽农业科技推广体系面临的形势和存在的问题，立足省情，建立适应市场经济和现代农业发展的农业科技推广体系，选择合适的农业科技推广模式，逐步实现由传统推广模式向优化推广模式转化，不断地用绩效高的农业科技推广体系替代绩效低的农业科技推广体系，积极促进农业科技推广体系的创新，成为有关人员研究和思考的一个重要的现实问题。 本文主要依据农业推广学的有关理论，对安徽省的农业科技推广体系的创新进行了研究。采用定性与定量相结合及制度分析的方法，对安徽农业科技需求特征、农业科技推广体系建设的现状、存在的问题进行了研究，对安徽农业科技推广体系创新的原则、内容、模式进行了有益的探讨和研究，提出了确立政府主导与市场引导密切结合的农业科技推广新机制，积极推进农业科技推广体制改革、建立稳定完善的农业科技推广财力支持体系，进一步加强农业科技推广体系中基层组织建设，发挥高等农业院校的作用，促进农业科技推广主体多元化，优化农业科技推广模式等政策性建议。

Agriculture science and technology spread(ASTS) is the bridge and tache to turn the science and technology to reality，it is an important content of agricultural modernization. The system of ASTS(ASTSS) is the foundation and organization pledgement of ASTS’s work. With the continuously improvement of socialism market economic system and the development of modern agriculture construction, new requirements is put forward to for ASTSS. And it become a significant practical problems for a staff to analysis the situation Anhui ASTSS faced, to establish a ASTSS suit to the market economy and modern agricultural development based on our province’s situation, to select the suitable promotion pattern of agriculture science and technology, to carry out the conversion from traditional promotion pattern to better promotion pattern gradually, to replace the low-performance ASTSS by the high-performance ones, and to promote the innovation of ASTSS actively. This paper mainly does some research on the innovation of Anhui ASTSS based on the study of agriculture promotion. The characteristic demand, the actuality and problems of Anhui agriculture science and technology are studied using the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the principles, contents and model suit to the innovation of Anhui ASTSS are discussed. Tt gave some policy recommendations to establish a new mechanisms of ASTS closely led by government and guided by market, and to promote the innovation of ASTSS actively, and to establish a stable and sound financial support to ASTSS, and further to strengthen the grass-roots organizations of ASTSS, and to bring the agricultural colleges and universities into play, so as to promote the main body of ASTS to become diversified, and to optimize the pattern of ASTS.
