伴随着社会经济的发展,物流行业也迎来了新的机遇和成长空间。仓储不仅连接 着上游工厂生产,而且为终端销售提供存储作业场地,创造产品的时间效用。而仓储 管理作为物流管理的一个重要组成部分,对物流是否高效运转以及物流管理水平的提 升起到了十分重要的作用。如何在仓储活动中一方面保证货物安全和准确性,另一方 面提高仓储作业效率和管理水平,是仓储管理的重要内容。 A 物流公司龙潭物流中心家电业务仓储规模 22500 平方,硬件方面作业现场配备 相应的基本设施设备,采用 WMS 信息系统进行仓储管理,日常管理工作基本稳定。 然伴随着消费者需求结构的改变和市场变化,以及货物品种增加和产品的不断更新迭 代,A 物流公司龙潭物流中心家电业务仓储管理也面临越来越多的问题,如仓库布局 不合理、存储策略不科学、货位分配管理低下,导致物流中心仓储作业效率低下,库 容利用率不高,仓储服务质量及效率跟不上市场变化的节奏,仓储服务水平已经无法 满足客户多样性需要。 本文以 A 物流公司龙潭物流中心家电业务为研究对象,以“仓储管理相关理论基 础--A物流公司龙潭物流中心家电业务仓储管理现状--仓储管理过程中存在的问题--仓 储管理优化策略--措施保障--结论与展望”为整体研究思路,针对 A 物流公司龙潭物流 中心家电业务仓储管理存在的如仓库布局不合理、存储策略不科学、货位分配管理低 下等问题,通过文献研究法、SLP 分析法、ABC 分类法、EIQ 分析法等方法并结合业 务仓储现场实际情况,提出了适合 A 物流公司龙潭物流中心家电业务仓储管理针对性 的措施和方法。A物流公司仓储管理优化方案的实施,能够有效提高仓储空间利用率、 库容效率、提高仓储作业效率、分拣效率,进而进一步提升仓储管理水平,同时也为 同行业优化仓储管理指明方向和提供经验

With the development of social economy, the logistics industry has also ushered in new opportunities and growth space. Warehousing not only connects upstream factory production, but also provides storage and operation sites for terminal sales, creating time utility for products. As an important component of logistics management, warehouse management plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of logistics and the improvement of logistics management level. How to ensure the safety and accuracy of goods on the one hand, and improve the efficiency and management level of warehousing operations on the other hand, is an important content of warehousing management. A Logistics Company's Longtan Logistics Center has a storage area of 22500 square meters for home appliance business. In terms of hardware, the operation site is equipped with corresponding basic facilities and equipment, and WMS information system is used for warehouse management. Daily management work is basically stable. However, with the changes in consumer demand structure and market changes, as well as the increasing variety of goods and the continuous updating and iteration of products, A Logistics Company Longtan Logistics Center's home appliance business warehousing management is also facing more and more problems, such as unreasonable warehouse layout, unscientific storage strategies, and low management of cargo allocation, resulting in low efficiency of warehousing operations and low utilization of storage capacity in the logistics center, The quality and efficiency of warehousing services cannot keep up with the pace of market changes, and the level of warehousing services can no longer meet the diverse needs of customers. This article takes the home appliance business of Longtan Logistics Center of A Logistics Company as the research object, and takes the overall research approach of A 物流公司家电业务仓储管理优化研究 IV "Theoretical Basis of Warehouse Management - Current Situation of Home Appliance Business Warehouse Management of Longtan Logistics Center of A Logistics Company - Problems in Warehouse Management Process - Optimization Strategy of Warehouse Management - Effectiveness Evaluation and Measures Guarantee - Conclusion and Outlook", In response to the problems of unreasonable warehouse layout, unscientific storage strategies, and low storage allocation management in the home appliance business warehouse management of Longtan Logistics Center of A Logistics Company, targeted measures and methods suitable for the home appliance business warehouse management of Longtan Logistics Center of A Logistics Company were proposed through literature research, SLP analysis, ABC classification, EIQ analysis, and combined with the actual situation of the business warehouse site. The implementation of A Logistics Company's warehouse management optimization plan can effectively improve the utilization rate of warehouse space, storage capacity efficiency, warehouse operation efficiency, sorting efficiency, and further enhance the level of warehouse management. At the same time, it also provides experience and reference ideas for the optimization of warehouse management in the same industry.
