随着我国改革开放的日益深入，各地经济得到高速发展，特别是我国沿海地区一直处于领军地位。我国产业不断升级和转型，给现代物流的发展带来了机遇。现代物流业是新兴的行业，是国家经济的新增长点。发展物流产业并使其成为产业支柱离不开科学规划和建设，这也是各级政府和企业最关心的问题。因此，研究区域性的物流竞争力，有着重要的现实指导意义，能为政府和企业提供参考和建议，有利于他们找准区域物流发展方向，找到符合实际并具有市场竞争优势的发展道路。 本文以区域物流竞争力的相关理论为基础，利用层次分析法构建区域物流竞争力评价指标体系，五个一级指标，四十四个二级指标。根据2011年的相关数据，对长三角区域(江浙沪三地)的物流竞争力进行综合评价，依据评价结果，采用SWOT分析法，分别对江苏、浙江、上海三地物流发展的优劣势进行了分析，构建了三地的SWOT矩阵，最后构建了长三角区域的SWOT分析矩阵。通过分析和判断长三角地区自身内部的优势和劣势、所面临的外部机遇和威胁，提出相应的发展战略；通过对长三角地区的区域物流研究，政府及物流企业未来的发展应该采取如下策略：依托良好的区域经济环境加大对物流基础设施的投入，加强区域内部合作，优势互补，资源共享发展物流联动。大力发展第三方物流企业，培养和引进高级物流人才，提升物流信息化水平，推进物流标准化技术，发展电子商务，开拓物流发展的新增长点。在长三角区域物流建设的同时注意保护环境，发展绿色物流。

With increasingly reform and opening-up in our country, the economic has gained rapid development, especially in the coastal areas. Constant industrial upgrade and transformation in China bring more opportunities for the development of logistics industry. The modern logistics industry is a emerging industry and a new growth in our country’s economic. We can’t develop logistics industry and make it as a pillar industry without scientific planning and construction, which is also concerned by the government and companies. Therefore, it is of vital practical significance to study the regional logistics competitiveness, which can provide references and suggestions for the government and companies, help them to find the right direction of the regional logistics development and search a realistic and market-competitive development path. Based on the theory of regional logistics competitiveness, an evaluation system was constructed by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), including five first-level indexes and forty-four second-level indexes. According to the data in 2011, a comprehensive evaluation of Yangtze River Delta (that is, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai) regional logistics competitiveness was conducted. With reference to the evaluation results, SWOT analysis was applied to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of logistics development in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, subsequently having constructed the SWOT matrix in the three areas and the SWOT matrix in Yangtze River Delta region. Some development strategies were proposed by analyzing and estimating the internal strengths and weaknesses and the external opportunities and threats of Yangtze River Delta region. With reference to the study on the Yangtze River Delta regional logistics, the following strategies are recommended to the future development of the government and logistics companies. Rely on the good regional economic environment and increase investment in logistics infrastructure. Enhance the intraregional cooperation to realize resource complementation and sharing to develop the linked logistics. Establish third party logistics companies, cultivate and introduce logistics talents, promote the informationization of logistics, boost the logistics standardization, develop e-commerce and explore new sources of logistics growth. Pay attention to environment protection and develop environment-friendly logistics in the Yangtze River Delta region.
