随着世界经济全球化进程的加快，贸易自由化的格局逐渐深入，国家和地区之间的贸易变得日趋频繁，给国际间运输提出了更高的要求，这一趋势驱动了现代物流业的迅猛发展。港口物流是现代物流的重要发展领域和重要组成部分，港口物流的发展不仅带动了周边产业的快速发展，而且极大地促进了港口城市的经济发展和产业升级。港口城市的迅猛发展也给港口物流带来了资金、人才、政策上的大力支持，但也提出了更高标准、更专业化的要求，港口不仅要为进出口货物提供装卸、流通加工、金融保险等服务，还要肩负带动区域经济发展、促进产业结构调整等深层次任务。本文研究的目的就是研究港口物流与城市经济发展之间的关系。 　　　近年来中国经济迅猛发展，已经成为仅次于美国的世界第二大经济体，港口物流为中国经济的腾飞做出了巨大的贡献，涌现出如上海、青岛、天津、大连、深圳等为代表的港口城市，这些城市依托港口物流带来的便利，实现城市经济的发展。本文运用计量经济学方法，科学地探究港口物流与城市经济发展的关系，结合了定性分析和定量分析两种方法，探寻港口物流对城市经济发展的影响机制，以期对中国港口物流及城市经济的发展起到一定的借鉴作用。 　　　论文首先回顾和介绍了港口物流和城市经济发展的相关理论，并梳理了近年来学者在该领域的研究成果和研究进展，为文章的顺利创作打下了理论基础。文章核心部分，首先采用定性分析的方法，从不同角度分析了港口物流对于城市经济发展的促进作用，其次以连云港市为实例，分析了连云港港口的发展历史和现在，并结合其城市经济发展的情况，分析了连云港港口对于城市经济发展的带动作用，为之后的定量分析奠定了理论基础。在定量分析中，运用灰色关联分析法，分析了港口物流指标与城市经济指标的灰色关联度，并运用Eviews软件对城市经济发展指标和港口物流指标之间的关系进行相关分析，借助数学模型科学直观地分析两者存在的内在联系。

At the same time, the rapid development of the port city making of higher request for port logistics and provides the port logistics with many types of resources including policy, manpower, capital, technology and other, to support the port logistics infrastructure and business development. This paper is to explore the relationship between port logistics and urban economic development. 　　　In recent years, economy of China developed rapidly and has become the world''''''''s second largest economy after the United States, the port logistics boom has made tremendous contributions for economy of China. There are a lot of port cities in China such as Shanghai, Qingdao, Tianjin, Dalian, Shenzhen and other representative cities. These cities achieve the development of urban economy rely on the convenience of the port logistics. In this paper, we use econometric methods, combine with the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis，we explore the relationship between port logistics and urban economic development, and the impact mechanism of port logistics on urban economic development, in order to play a certain reference role for the development of China''''''''s port logistics and urban economy. 　　　This paper starts from the research background, first describes the research purpose, background and significance, then introduces the relationship between domestic and foreign logistics and urban economic development; Next, this paper mainly introduces the basic concept, development situation and main characteristics of the port logistics and urban economic development, and discusses the main theories of the port logistics and urban economic development, as a theoretical basis for exploring the relationship between of those . This paper takes Lianyungang as an example to do the empirical analysis, using the gray correlation analysis method to analyze the grey correlation degree between the port logistics index and the urban economic index. And using EVIEWS software to analyze the relationship between urban economic development index and port logistics index，and get the econometric model of the relationship between urban economic development index and port logistics index.
