随着我国社会经济的快速发展,城市化水平不断提高,随即带来的结果就是污泥产量的剧增。由于国家对生态环境的重视,城市污水处理事业也会呈现蒸蒸日上的景象。污泥的减量化、无害化、稳定化和资源化已经得到国内外学者广泛关注。国外利用蚯蚓处理生活污泥技术的研究和应用已经有较长时间,但是在国内,在利用蚯蚓处理污泥方面的应用研究还比较少。蚯蚓处理污泥的技术是利用蚯蚓特殊的生态学功能,与微生物的协同作用加速污泥中有机质的分解和重金属的吸收及改变重金属的形态,形成的蚯蚓粪具有很高的肥分。目前国内还基本没有将蚯蚓处理污泥技术进行产业化,只是停留在实验室研究阶段。本文着重于将蚯蚓处理污泥这一技术应用到实践中,试验设计了6种方案分别利用工厂化方式和露地方式处理污泥,并将这两种处理方式的效果进行对比,证明两种处理的可行性,寻求最佳配比方案,并对两种处理方式的成本以及蚯蚓处理污泥所产生的经济效益进行分析。所得出的结论主要有以下几点:
(1)通过对两种处理方式效果的分析,可以得出两种处理方式都能降低污泥的含水率,实现污泥的减量化;经过处理的污泥有机质含量降低:利用工厂化方式进行处理的污泥,有机质的降低率最高为24.648%,最低为7.961%,利用露地方式进行处理的污泥有机质的降低率最高为27.377%,最低为3.738%;利用工厂化和露地方式处理的污泥的全磷、全钾、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾的含量都有明显的变化,说明两种方式处理污泥都是可行的,只是效果之间的差异。
(2)蚯蚓对Cd、Cu和Zn具有积累作用,且利用工厂化方式处理的蚯蚓积累能力更强;对Ni、Pb和Cr有释放性作用,利用工厂化方式处理的蚯蚓金属释放性作用比较缓慢。两种不同方式的6种处理方案对处理方案对重金属Cd、Cr、Pb、Cu、Ni和Zn都有降低的作用,且效果明显,但Pb的降低效果相对较弱。蚯蚓对污泥的重金属形态也能产生影响,其中Cd的钝化效果比较好,蚯蚓还可能使Zn活化,对Cr、Pb、Cu和Ni有一定的钝化作用,但是并不是很明显。
(3)利用工厂化方式处理污泥所需成本要比采取露地方式处理所需的成本高出许多;蚯蚓所产生的经济效益也是巨大的,将蚯蚓粪进行加工利用,可以真正做到资源化利用并能创造巨大的经济价值。

With the development of the economy and urbanization level, the dramatic increase in sludge production will be occurred soon. Our country has paid attention to the ecological environment, the business of the municipal sewage treatment will be developed in the ascendant. The reducing, harmless, stabilizing and recycling of municipal sludge has been concerned by international and national scholars. Foreigners have been engaged in earthworm treatment sludge for a long time. But in our country, the research in these aspect is still less. The technology of earthworm treatment is by earthworms'' special ecological features, and microorganisms'' synergies to accelerate decomposition of organic matter and heavy metal absorption. The technology also can change the status of heavy metal and the wormcast that the earthworm create has high nutrient. At present, the technology of using earthworm to dispose sludge is still studied in the laboratory in china. This paper focuses on the use of this technology. The experiment is designed 6 kinds of schemes to dispose sludge in the factory and the open field respectively. And then comparing the effect of two kinds of treatment to prove the feasibility of the different treatment, trying to seek the best matching scheme, and analyse the cost of two kinds of disposal. The main conclusions we obtained are as follows:
(1)Two kinds of treatment both can reduce the moisture content of sludge, realizing the sludge reducing; The content of the sludge organic matter has both increased after disposal: the organic reduction rate is as high as 24.648%, the lowest was 7.961% by using factory methods to process the sludge; the organic reduction rate is as high as 27.377%, the lowest was3.738% by using open field methods to process the sludge. The effect on the content of total phosphorus, total potassium, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium have changed obviously. These show that two ways to deal with the sludge is feasible, and their difference is just in their effect.
(2) Earthworms for Cd, Cu and zinc have accumulation effect, and the worms with factory processing ability is stronger; Earthworms can release Ni, Pb and Cr, but the releasing with factory treatment is slower than the open field treatment. Two different ways of 6 kinds of processing solutions can reduce the content of metal Cd, Cr, Pb, Cu, Ni and Zn, and the effect is very obvious, but the ability to reduce the content of Pb is weaker than other metal. Earthworms can also change the status of heavy metal. The ability to decrease Cd efficiently is better than the metal Cr, Pb, Cu and Ni, and earthworms maybe can make the Zn activated.
(3) The cost with factory treatment to deal with sludge is higher than the open field disposal. If we make full use of earthworm, process and package the wormcast, it can create major economic benefits.
