随着我国畜牧业的不断发展,养殖方式正向规模化集约化方式转变。动物疫病的爆发和流行也与畜牧业的快速发展并生共存。动物保健品对保证畜牧业快速健康发展,防治动物疫病,提高食品安全和动物福利具有重要意义。中国动物保健品行业也随之快速发展。国家制定了动物疫病防治中长期规划,为中国保健品行业进一步发展打开了大门。同时,中国动物保健品企业数量众多,但水平参次不齐,行业集中度低。国内动保行业正处在资源整合、优胜劣汰过程中。领先的国内动保企业将会赢得更加广阔的发展前景。国际动保企业进入中国以来,凭借自身高质量的产品和服务,不断推动国内动保行业向前发展,有效提升行业竞争水平。同时,国际动保企业也面临如何进一步开拓中国动保市场,伴随中国动保行业成长的问题。 本文以动物疫苗行业跨国合作实践为研究主题,以中国动物疫苗市场为切入点,采用历史现状描述、数据分析和总结论点、提出建议的研究方法,理论与实践相结合。从动物保健品和动物疫苗基本概念介绍,简述美国和中国动物疫苗行业发展历程;然后具体分析全球和中国动物疫苗市场概况,侧重于中国市场;进一步分析国内和国际兽用生物制品企业在中国市场的基本情况;最后结合国际企业进入中国市场的理论分析和实践案例,分析中国兽用生物制品企业更好开展国际合作所需的总体战略和可行模式,并提出建议。 在分析大量数据的基础上,结合多年的实践经验,认为中国领先的兽用生物制品企业应在国家宏观产业发展政策引导下,以互利共赢、开放包容为原则,与国际优秀动保企业强强联合、优势互补,共同开拓国内国际两个市场,实施“引进来,走出去”战略。依照企业战略联盟概念,在动物疫苗产业全价值链的各个环节实行灵活多样的合作模式,包括供求联盟、合作研发、建立合资企业、共同开发市场等。以求促进中国畜牧业健康持续发展,不断满足人们对食品安全、动物福利诸方面的诉求。

With the fast development of the animal husbandry industry in China, the husbandry method is transforming to the large-scale and intensive way. The outbreak of epidemic animal diseases coexists with the fast development of the animal husbandry industry. The animal health products are of great importance to the healthy development of animal husbandry industry, the prevention and cure of animal diseases, the food safety and animal welfare. The animal health industry in China is also developing fast. The mid and long term national animal disease prevention and cure plan opens the door for the further development of the animal health industry in China. In the meantime, there are numerous Chinese animal health enterprises with different qualities and levels, and low industry concentration. The Chinese animal health industry is in the transformation of consolidating resources and survival of the fittest. The leading Chinese animal health companies will gain a broader prospect of development. Since the entrance to China, the international animal health companies have promoted the development of Chinese animal health industry with their high quality of products and services, and improved the industry competitive level. Meanwhile, the international animal health companies also face the problem of how to further develop the Chinese market, and grow with the Chinese animal health industry. This thesis studied the international collaboration in the animal vaccine industry of China. This thesis focused on the animal vaccine market of China, described the history and current status, analyzed the data and make conclusion with recommendations, combining the theoretical research with the practical experience. This thesis started with the introduction of the basic conception of animal health product, and animal vaccine, and introduced briefly the industry development of animal vaccine in US and China. Then analyzed the situation of global and Chinese animal vaccine markets with a focus on the latter, followed by another analysis of the Chinese and international veterinary bio-product enterprises'''''''' basic performance in the Chinese market. Finally, the thesis analyzed the overall strategy and proposed feasible recommendations of better international collaboration for the Chinese veterinary bio-product enterprises, using the theoretical research of international companies'''''''' foreign market access models, and real cases of international animal health companies'''''''' access to Chinese market. On the basis of analysis of large amount of data, and practical experience of the past few years, the conclusion is that the Chinese veterinary bio-product enterprises shall collaborate with prestigious international animal health enterprises under the guidance of national macro industry development policy, and in the principle of mutual benefit, openness and inclusiveness. The leading Chinese companies shall collaborate with the leading international companies, and compliment each other''''''''s advantages, to co-develop the domestic and foreign market, and implement the "open" strategy. Based on the concept of strategic alliance, the Chinese companies can use diversified and flexible business models in each link of the whole value chain, like building supply alliance, joint development, establishing JV and co-marketing, etc., so as to promote the Chinese animal husbandry industry’s healthy and sustainable development, and continuously satisfy the requirements of people on food safety and animal welfare, etc.
