摘 要 我国农业观光园自上世纪80年代兴起以来，项目实践和研究论文十分丰富，但对农业主题文化园区的研究还不多。本文在文献研究的基础上，综述了各类农业观光休闲农业园的发展与规划建设，专门阐述了桃主题文化园的概念，是指以桃树为载体，集桃种质资源圃、桃优良品种园、桃科技应用示范、桃传统农艺挖掘、桃优良文化集展、农业科普教育、观光休闲服务于一体的综合性桃主题农园；并对上海南汇桃花村、张家港水蜜桃科技示范园、南国桃园休闲观光农业园及深州蜜桃观光园等相关案例进行了分析与评价，提出了包括理论基础、基本原则、功能分区、景观规划等在内容的桃主题文化园规划设计模式。 实证研究了“无锡阳山创意桃园”的规划与设计，图文并茂阐述了项目概况与条件、规划依据、规划原则、思路、目标和功能分区，将项目区分为休闲观光桃园区、科技示范桃园区以及试验研究桃园区三个分区，完成了园区道路交通、水利水系、绿化、景观体系、服务设施等专项规划设计，提出了园区组织管理与运营模式。

ABSTRACT The agricultural sightseeing parks have appeared since 1980s in China, and the project practice and research paper are in a rich amount. But study on the agricultural theme park is few. Based on study on documents, this thesis summarizes studies on development and planning construct of all kinds of agricultural sightseeing parks, speciously states the concept of peach cultural theme park. Peach theme cultural parks refer to the peach as carrier, collection of peach germplasm nursery peach, peach varieties, the application of science and technology demonstration, peach, peach good culture tradition agronomic mining exhibition, agricultural science education, tourism and leisure services in an integrated peach theme plantation. This thesis also analyses and evaluates related cases, for example, the Shanghai Nanhui peach Blossom Village, Zhangjiagang peach science and technology demonstration park, southern taoyuan leisure and sightseeing agriculture park and Shenzhou peach garden and so on, and puts forward the proposed theoretical basis, basic principles, functional zoning, landscape planning in the content of peach culture theme park planning and design patterns. The empirical study on the "planning and design of Wuxi Yangshan creative peach park." with texts and graphics of project overview, planning basis and conditions, planning principle, train of thought, target and functional partition, including three zones, leisure concept technology demonstration park, Science and technology demonstration garden area and experimental study of taoyuan area, having completed the special planning design of park road, water system of water conservancy, ecological greening and landscape system, tourism service facilities, ecological agriculture technology and engineering system, and putting forward Park management and economic analysis.
