随着人口的增长和收入的增加,以及城镇化对畜产品需求的高度集中,畜牧业已经成为农业经济中增长最为迅速的产业之一。畜牧业在我国国民经济中占有极其重要的地位,其发展水平直接关系到经济和农业生产水平的高低,对设施畜牧产业的全面了解分析对中国畜牧产业的后续发展具有战略性的指导意义,未来畜牧业应尽快适应国民的经济发展,以增加农业生产所需要的“劳动力”和肥料,保证轻工业获得充足的原料来源,逐步满足人民日益增长的肉类需要,增加国民经济和个人收入。 本文从设施畜牧产业有关的专利数据出发,以Derwent Innovation(DI)数据库以及Incopat数据库为研究基础,采用专利计量分析法、社会网络分析法、专利地图等研究方法对全球设施畜牧业发展态势各方面做出了详细的研究分析。本研究以设施畜牧业开始发展至今所研发的专利成果为分析主体;以专利文献申请量、专利文献被引次数、市场主体影响力、重点技术数量为研究指标;从技术的时间发展趋势、技术的发展路线、技术的区域布局、技术的市场主体、技术的主题研究等角度对比分析了全球设施畜牧业和国内设施畜牧业的研究概况。 在研究过程中发现,全球设施畜牧产业发展正处于成长阶段,国内有关设施畜牧业的专利研发时间远晚于国外的起始时间,但在专利申请量方面,我国极具优势,在2007年达到世界第一,并在之后的时间里决定了全球该技术数量的发展走向;在专利影响力方面,美国的总被引最高,我国居于第四,其中有我国专利文献基数大的原因;在技术发展路线方面,全球设施畜牧业重点技术开始于20世纪70年代,之后开始分布于各技术主题;在合作关系方面,各专利申请人之间合作甚少,主要原因是专利的独立创新性,专利发明人之间会形成合作网络,可以发现技术的研发团队。

With the increase of population and income, as well as the high concentration of demand for livestock products by urbanization, animal husbandry has become one of the fastest growing industries in the agricultural economy. Livestock husbandry plays an extremely important role in China''s national economy. Its level of development is directly related to the level of economy and agricultural production. A comprehensive understanding of the livestock industry in the facility has a strategic guiding significance for the subsequent development of the Chinese animal husbandry industry. Livestock husbandry should adapt to the economic development of the people as soon as possible to increase the "labour force" and fertilizer needed for agricultural production, ensure that light industry obtains sufficient sources of raw materials, gradually meet the people''s growing meat needs, and increase the national economy and personal income. In this paper, based on the patent data related to the livestock industry in the facility, the Derwent Innovation (DI) database and the Incopat database are used as research foundations. Patent measurement analysis, social network analysis, patent maps and other research methods are applied to the development of animal husbandry in global facilities. Made a detailed study and analysis. This research is based on the research results of the development of facilities and animal husbandry that have been developed so far; the number of applications for patent documents, the number of cited patent documents, the influence of market entities, and the number of key technologies as research indicators; the development trend of technology from time to time, technology The development line, regional layout of technology, market main body of technology, theme research of technology, etc. comparatively analyzed the research overview of global facilities animal husbandry and domestic facilities animal husbandry. During the research process, it was discovered that the development of the livestock and animal husbandry industry in the global facility is at a stage of growth. The patent research and development time for domestic animal husbandry related facilities is much later than the start time of foreign countries. However, in terms of the number of patent applications, China is highly advantageous and achieved in 2007. The world’s first, and later determined the development trend of the number of this technology in the world; in terms of patent influence, the United States has always been cited the highest, China is ranked fourth, among which is the reason for the large base of patent documentation in China; In terms of development routes, the key technology for animal husbandry in facilities around the world began in the 1970s and then began to be distributed across various technology topics; in cooperation, there was little cooperation between patent applicants. The main reason was the independent innovation of patents and patents. Inventors will form a cooperative network and discover technology R&D teams.
