本系统在研究中对贵州干辣椒生产进行了深入的分析，设计组织了根据干辣椒的生育特点以干辣椒生育时间和农艺技术措施为主线的贵州干辣椒栽培管理的知识模型。在此基础上采用PAID 4.0专家系统平台开发工具以及SQL数据库系统设计构建了一个以干辣椒种植技术、知识信息为基础，可在单机和网络上运行、面向基层的干辣椒栽培专家系统应用框架。系统框架内含贵州干辣椒生产领域专家的丰富知识，能实现产前设计、产中管理的决策，对指导了贵州干辣椒的大面积生产，对农业知识扩散起到了很好的作用。

The knowledge model of dry pepper cultivation management is designed by deep analyzing the growing characteristic of dry pepper based on the growing period and agricultural technological measures in pepper production. The application frame of the expert system of dry pepper cultivation management with the basis of the cultivation technology and knowledge information of dry pepper, movement on the single plate and network, and meeting the needs of grass-roots units is established by using the development tools of PAID 4.0 expert system platform and SQL database. The system frame with the rich experts′ knowledge in production of dry pepper can realize the decision-making of pre-production design and management in the production process, effctively guide large acreage production of dry pepper and have the better function of agricultural spread in Guizhou province.
